How to connect to the server via FTP

Setting the FTP client:

Server Address: Use ftp.best-hosting.cz (older ftp.best-net.cz)

Port: 21

Transport type: we recommend passive

Username: see the administration

Password: You can change in administration

In case of loss of FTP passwords in administration is required to set the new password. Your password is encrypted and we are noable to find it. When you use Total Commander is strongly recommended not to save your passwords! A large number of malicious software specializes in stealing access data including passwords right from this application.

Global FTP access:

main FTP login with the right of reading and writing in directory folders II.order domain and all subdomains. It does not have write permissions in the system folders (logs, backup).
